Hello Folks, our previous 2 predictions for top 2 teams from each group in FIFA World Cup before the start of the world cup and after match week 1 were 95% same with 2 exceptions of 2 new Wild Card Entrants. Till Now 3 heavyweights France, Brazil and Portugal have reached for Knockout Rounds. Only 13 places are remaining for which 29 countries will have to fight it out on the ground in Match Week 3. Technically Host Qatar from Group A, Canada from Group F are out of contentions for Round Of 16. All the teams in the group will play at the same time so that no team has advantage of knowing the result of another match and plan accordingly. This has made Do-Or-Die situation for many teams in this World Cup.

Group A

Teams: Qatar, Ecuador, Senegal, Netherlands

Top 2: Netherlands, Senegal

Netherlands will face Qatar in their final encounter of Group A. Qatar became the first host in the history of FIFA World Cup who are out of reckoning for next round only after 2 matches. Qatar would definitely want to have a win under their belt as a host nation and that dedication might create trouble for Netherlands who are not at their fluent best. Their strikers so far haven't joined the party in this World Cup. But we are predicting win for Netherlands and Qatar will have to remain winless.

Senegal will face Ecuador which is going to be a knockout for both teams. If we consider all the scenarios, then win is only option for AFCON Champions Senegal. If match ends in a draw, still Ecuador will go through. Since this is only the prediction which no one care about, so we have predicted Senegal.

Group B

Teams: England, Iran, USA, Wales

Top 2: England, USA

Wild Card: Iran

England will be up against Wales, and they have to avoid only a defeat and especially big margin defeat to qualify for RO 16. The quality that England has in their team we are sure that they will qualify even if they lose because so far Wales have scored only 1 goal and that also thanks to a Penalty.

In second match Iran and USA will fight it out against each other. USA would definitely want to show the world that they have the strategies and players, to execute those strategies. We are backing USA to come out on top in this fixture. Iran have done extremely well so far, and they would definitely want to progress for the next round for the first time in their FIFA World Cup history.

Group C

Teams: Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Poland

Top 2: Argentina, Saudi Arabia

Wild Card: Poland

Who would have thought before the start of the World Cup that Poland will be on top of the group after 2 matches. The way they have played against Saudi Arabia shows that their coach knows how to plan against which team. Argentina has 3 points and if they lose, they will have to pack their bags. Poland have not conceded a goal in this tournament and if they manage to do that this time then they are going to RO 16 without any doubt. In case of a draw, Poland will qualify, and Argentina have to hope for Mexico win over Saudi Arabia but not with a bigger margin of 2 goals. If Argentina wins this match they will qualify, and Poland have to hope for the same between Mexico and Saudi Arabia.

Mexico knows that their performance in this edition of the FIFA World Cup 2022 is not up to the mark. They not only have to win but win it big to stand a chance of qualifying for the next round. Saudi Arabia have their task clear cut, Win the match and qualify for the Round Of 16. If they lose, they will be eliminated. If the match ends in a draw, then they would want Poland to beat Argentina.

In Group C, we had predicted Argentina and Mexico as the Top 2 earlier and added Saudi Arabia as a Wild Card after Match Week 1. But now the situation is looking bleak for Mexico.

Group D

Teams: France, Australia, Denmark, Tunisia

Top 2: France (Q), Denmark

Wild Card: Australia

France have qualified for RO16 from Group D. France will face Tunisia, and no one will give Tunisia any chance to even draw this match.

Australia will face Denmark in a virtual Knockout for both teams. Denmark has the quality, but their forwards have not performed up to their potential in this FIFA World Cup 2022. Denmark has to win; they don't have any other option. We are predicting Denmark win and heartbreak for Australia.

Group E

Teams: Spain, Costa Rica, Germany, Japan

Top 2: Spain, Germany

Wild Card: Japan

In Goup E, Costa Rica will be up against Germany. Former Champions have only 1 point and are on the brink of back-to-back World Cup Group Stage exit. Germany has world class defenders, mid-fielders and forwards, but as a unit they are lacking. They will win this match but have to depend on other results to go their way.

Spain will be facing Japan and Spain knows that Japan is not an easy opponent to come up against in such a crunch situation. Japan is a good side but may come up short against the Tiki Taka of Spain. We are predicting Spain, Germany to win and qualify for RO16.

Group F

Teams: Belgium, Canada, Morocco, Croatia

Top 2: Morocco (New Entry), Belgium

New Wild Card: Croatia

Who would have thought that Belgium and Croatia will be facing each other for a place in the Knockouts. Winner of this game will make it through. If it ends up in the draw, then Croatia will qualify for RO16, and Belgium might get eliminated.

Morocco as a team is fabulous. They have not conceded so far in this tournament and are looking firm favorites to qualify for next round. Canada cannot qualify but a win would definitely spice things up.

Before the World Cup we have predicted that Belgium and Croatia will qualify. Now things looking bleak for both of them as they are in a virtual Knockout against each other. We have made changes in our prediction because of the performance that Morocco have shown so far in this tournament.

Group G

Teams: Brazil, Serbia, Switzerland, Cameroon

Top 2: Brazil (Q), Switzerland

Wild Card: Serbia

Brazil have won 2 out of 2 games. They have qualified for the RO16. They will be up against Cameroon and will want to win the match to take the confidence in next round. Switzerland needs to avoid the defeat against Serbia to qualify for next round and they are looking firm favorites to do so.

Group H

Teams: Portugal, Ghana, Uruguay, South Korea

Top 2: Portugal (Q), Uruguay

Wild Card: Ghana

Portugal have qualified for the next round after 2 victories in their first 2 matches. Portugal will be facing South Korea and would look to continue the same what they have done so far in group stage.

Uruguay will be facing Ghana and are on the brink of elimination. Ghana lost to Portugal, but they showed that they are not easy to beat. Uruguay have to play out of their skins to defeat this free scoring African side. Uruguay haven't scored in this World Cup, on the other hand Ghana have scored 5. Ghana have conceded 5 also which means that this game is going to be a high scoring encounter and better finishing abilities of players will win the Knockout tickets for their team and spectators.
